Joel is One Fifty’s leader and brings close to 20 years of media experience to the team, the majority of which have been in Senior Leadership roles.

Over this time Joel has worked with the smallest of small to the largest of large in regards to Regional businesses, always with the view of driving the very best results for their business.

Most recently Joel was responsible for implementing sales strategies for a sales team spanning the entirety of Regional Australia, his passion is now to take that level of strategic thinking to the clients of One Fifty.

Naomi…or Nomes as she is affectionately known, is a wealth of knowledge having spent the last 20 years working closely with local businesses to achieve their goals.

Naomi cares deeply about the success of her clients and will always guide you with integrity and courage. But anyone who knows Naomi knows intuition is her real superpower…she has an uncanny ability to read the play.

Those that know Kristy know Kristy is someone you want on your team.

Her word is her bond, she’s passionate and fiercely protective of her client’s brands, all traits that have been evident during her career in Radio that has spanned for over a decade in both Bathurst and Newcastle.

Those that have worked with Kristy, both clients and colleagues, are her biggest advocates and will speak of her seemingly limitless energy and her constant pursuit to stand front and centre with microphone in hand at the local Karaoke bar.

A born perfectionist: Jacqui is organisation personified. Meticulous, efficient and genuine, working with Jacqui you can always be confident your needs are at the heart of everything she does.

Jacqui has had the unique perspective of working with a huge range of businesses, from local brands in Maitland, to international brands such as Red Bull Jacqui will always provide the same energy.

Jacqui’s known for her very aesthetic home organisation and is always up for a coffee.

Amy’s ethos is work hard, play hard. Work hard she most certainly does and ‘the play hard’ is maybe a conversation for another day!

Described as a ‘dynamic talent’, Amy is enthusiastic about exploring the ways design can contribute to the strength of a brand and ultimately the overall success of a business strategy. Amy prides herself in creating crisp & captivating designs no matter the brief.

Amy’s very nature ensures the limits are always pushed which always seems to lead to far better outcomes.

Claudia has spent the majority of her career working within media and more specifically, radio and television.

Claudia is the cog that keeps the wheels of our team turning!

She is a quiet achiever and never one for recognition. She often flies under the radar, but one thing we know for sure – Claudia is always working damn hard and takes pride in ensuring we all exceed our clients expectations.

Everyone needs a Maree in their life. The queen of organisation, she is always one step ahead: maybe even two or three! She’s incredibly diligent, thorough and is a pro at keeping our team running smoothly.

Maree has an incredibly strong background working as an Executive Assistant in huge corporate companies. Her breadth of knowledge and experience from these roles is unrivalled – from banking to media, she has really done it all!
